Regulamento da Escola​

 

  1. As aulas decorrem todos os sábados do calendário escolar das 9:30 às 12:30 horas. Os estudantes podem ser acompanhados pelos pais/encarregados de educação até ao hall de entrada, mas NÃO às salas de aulas. Por razões de segurança, os pais/encarregados de educação não estão autorizados a passar do hall de entrada nem andar nos corredores, exceto nos dias em que as atividades escolares o permitam.​
  2. Os alunos devem chegar à escola entre as 9:20 e as 9:25 horas da manhã, a fim de as aulas começarem pontualmente às 9:30 horas. Os alunos que chegarem atrasados, devem obter uma nota escrita da Diretora ou secretária antes de entrarem na sala de aulas.​
  3. Os alunos devem trazer sempre para as aulas os livros, cadernos, agenda escolar, borrachas, canetas e lápis a fim de poderem realizar o seu trabalho na aula.
  4. Os alunos irão receber uma agenda escolar para que o professor ou a Diretora possa comunicar regularmente com as famílias, explicar a matéria que está a ser ensinada, os trabalhos de casa e o comportamento. Os pais/encarregados de educação devem rever a agenda escolar todas a semanas ao longo do ano e devem também usá-la para comunicarem com o professor ou a Diretora.
  5. Os alunos que necessitem de sair da escola antes do fim das aulas devem trazer uma nota escrita e assinada pelos pais/encarregados de educação. A agenda pode ser usada para este fim. Os pais/encarregados de educação também devem assinar o registo na secretaria da escola antes de levarem o aluno.
  6. Durante as aulas as portas de entrada da escola estarão sempre fechadas. A secretária abrirá as portas quando for necessário. Ao entrar na escola deve identificar-se na secretaria.
  7. Os alunos são obrigados a respeitar o meio ambiente, a sala de aulas e os professores. Além disso, os alunos (e pais/encarregados de educação) são responsáveis por qualquer dano causado pelos mesmos à propriedade da escola, funcionários, professores ou alunos que frequentam a escola durante a semana ou ao sábado.
  8. Os alunos devem respeitar-se uns aos outros e os professores. De acordo com o critério da Diretora, os infratores que não respeitem os regulamentos podem ser temporariamente ou indefinidamente suspensos da escola.
  9. Encorajam-se os alunos, pais/encarregados de educação a consultarem regularmente o site oficial da escola ou a página do Facebook www.facebook.com/escolaportuguesaluisdecamoesottawa a título de obterem informações e notícias das atividades escolares.


School Regulations

 

  1. ​Classes are held every Saturday of the school calendar from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Students may be accompanied by parents/legal guardians to the main entrance hall of the school but NOT into the classrooms. For safety reasons, parents/legal guardians are not permitted to walk in the corridors or pass the school main entrance hall, except on days on which school activities permit them to.

  2. Students are required to be at school between 9:20 AM and 9:25 AM in order for classes to begin promptly at 9:30 AM. Students who arrive late must obtain a written note from the Instructor-in-charge or the secretary before entering the classroom.​

  3. Students must always bring with them their school books, notebooks, erasers, school agenda, pens and pencils in order to be able to do their work.

  4. Students will receive a school agenda, which will be used by the Instructor-in-charger/teacher to communicate with families on a regular basis, explaining subjects being taught in class, the assigned homework and behavior. Parents/legal guardians are required to review the agenda every week throughout the year, and should use it also to communicate with the Instructor-in-charger/teacher.

  5. Students who need to leave the school grounds before the end of classes must have a written and signed note from their parent/legal guardian. The agenda may be used for this purpose. A parent/legal guardian must also sign the register at the office prior to leaving the school grounds with the student.

  6. Entrance doors will always be locked during classes. The secretary is in the office at all times and will open the door when required. You must identify yourself to the secretary.

  7. Students are required to respect the classroom environment and the teaching staff. Furthermore, students (and parents/legal guardians) will be held liable for any damages caused by them to the school’s property or that of the staff, teachers or students who attend the school during the week or on Saturday.

  8. Students must respect each other and their teachers. Under the discretion of the Instructor-in-charge, offenders may be temporary or indefinitely suspended from the school.

  9. Students and parents/legal guardians are encouraged to regularly consult the school's website or the Facebook page ​www.facebook.com/escolaportuguesaluisdecamoesottawa in order to get updates on school activities or other information.
